Thank you for the add! (I've done likewise!) What I love about the SP plan is its flexibility. Ok, I love much more than that here but in terms of the comparison between WW, other 'diets' and SP? Flexibility within a sensible plan. Denying nothing, but making us accountable to ourselves for portion control and balance of basic nutrients. My experience here has been an education in self-awareness. And let's face it: awareness is the foundation of change. Not awareness of the negatives but of the positives!! Glad you return to SP.
