My Fresh Start

I joined SparkPeople in the Fall of 2012. I stuck to logging in, tracking, exercising, and working hard to adapt to a healthier lifestyle for over 4 months. I lost over 40 pounds. I felt better physically and emotionally. I got derailed and have had a hard time getting back to it and sticking with it. Now that it's Fall of 2014, I find myself almost back to my start weight and feeling crappy overall. I am really committed to getting back on track to a long healthy streak! Wish me luck, ...

My Goals:
Overall I would like to lose 150 pounds. I set my first goal of losing 50 by May. I want to get off some of the medication I am taking because of health issues due to obesity. I want to feel more comfortable in my own body.

My Program:
I am tracking every calorie that I put in my body. I am trying to devote more time to doing heatlhy things for myself.

Personal Information:
I have been with my life partner for more than 18 years. She is my biggest fan! We live in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA.
