Just to let you know, I'm still here and trying hard to stay positive. On Thanksgiving, a dear friend brought me a food care package with turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, a salad and pumpkin pie. Not exactly low cal, but then it was Thanksgiving and I was very thankful.....:) Being super good now.....lots of veggies and trying to cut out the carbs (that's the hardest part for me).
