Excuses begone!
After getting into the best shape in my life, I started a crazy stressful job. I used that as an excuse to let go of the good habits and healthy changes I had made. I stopped going to the gym and I stopped eating and cooking healthful foods...that was a year and a half ago! I'm at a time in my life where my actions are catching up to me. I am extremely lucky and grateful that I am healthy (in spite of myself) and not on any medications and I want to keep it that way! I am stepping out of ...

I am stepping out of my comfort zone by creating this SparkPage and becoming a participating member of the community - though it will come slowly. I'm looking forward to all of this and especially the support I hope to receive and to give... The time for excuses is over!

Today, I started the C25K. Eat healthy and lose about 18 pounds and fit back into the wardrobe my boyfriend bought me when I initially lost weight 1 1/2 years ago.
