Hi! I'm Tracy, I'm 27. I recently relocated to North Carolina after spending most of my life Wild Wonderful West Virginia! I keep falling off the bandwagon on my weightloss journey, hopefully this move will be my turning point! My interests include: photography, hiking, scrapbooking, reading, music, friends, ghost hunting and gardening. I look forward to meeting some new people with this site and also finding motivation and support through the other members.
I would like to drink alot MORE water and alot LESS diet soda, even though I am pretty sure I am addicted. I would like to become more active and live a overall active lifestyle. And last but not least I would love to look in a mirror and love the reflection that I see.
Currently I am drinking atleast 8 glasses of water a day and also trying to walk atleast 1 mile, 5 days a week. As I lose weight I hope to increase that!
I moved to North Carolina in April 2008. I am in the middle of getting a divorce which should be final on July 28th, 2008. I am hoping with all these major changes in my life that I will finally make some major changes with my physical self as well.
My family history which gives me more than enough reason to get in shape and stay that way!!!

HI! I am new to this team and I just thought I would pop in to say hello. I am a co-captain on another team called "calling all Goonies-2008" and a member of Spark for a little more than 2 1/2 months. It has been a wonderful experience and I have met so many awsome people! I joined THIS team too because I have always had an interrest in the paranormal so I liked the idea of joining a team full of people with similar interrests and/or experiences. Do you have a membership at LA East. I just started there last week after a few test runs with Tiffany. So far it's going well, I have even been brave enough to try a couple of cardio classes. I usually try to go in the morning because of the daycare they have. I know you work, but maybe I will see ya there sometime.

I usually only drink water, crystal light and coffee. We also have quit eating fast food, I may pick up a happy meal for the kids every now and then, but I don't get anything. I tell you, it really helps when your husband is involved with your new lifestyle change. If they're not it makes it easier to cheat and overeat. I have a hard time eating out with my family. I went out with my sister in law yesterday and she was like, "here have some cheese fries" and "is that all you're gonna eat" I ate more than I should have, but the best choice on the menu looked like the BLT on wheat and a side salad. I am not looking forward to those big dinners at the holidays this year, too much temptation. I used to hate running on the elliptical until I moved it to our room and I can watch TV and run at the same time. I have countless DVD's to workout to, but I get bored easily and have to switch them up. Good luck, I weigh in on Friday and hoping for another 4 pounds, so far only 2 this week.

At this point, I am really super motivated. I am starting to fit into clothes that I haven't been in for a long time. I started in a 22 jean and that was the stretch kind. Last year I had to take my daughter to school every day and I usually wore the same pair of jeans daily so I had to constantly wash them. Now, they hang off of me. I am wearing most all of my 18's now and loving it. I have been making myself get up at 5:30 so I can have my alone time to exercise because when you try to exercise with 2 or 3 kids in the house, they always need your attention and it just doesn't happen. I have even been squeezing in the biggest loser 2 workout while Taylor is napping in the morning. 4 pounds off this week and ready for more. My goal is to be in a 16 by Christmas. I like your rewards for losing weight, I need to think of some to set for me. Let's stay motivated together!
