Back again, 2013!
I don't often give myself credit however now I must, I may not always stick to my diet or reach my goals but I never stop trying and I always come back.

I have joined a new gym, closer to home, so hopefully I can get some more sessions in.
I coach a local youth rugby team twice a wk.
I play myself when I can.

I live in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, North Yorkshire, Uk, I have two wonderful children and husband.
We live in a Zoo!! Well we have many animals so it sometimes feels that way!
My whole family is passionate about rugby union, both my son and I play and my husband and I coach. My daughter, bless her, comes along in support!!
Other Information:
I love walking, I love a good book. I also love to Geocache with my kids & occasionally my hubby. I'm totally hooked, it's a great pastime to have.
