I have 60+ pounds to lose. I am trying to go at in little chunks. I am going to set small goals according to holidays! But first, I want to get below 210. I'm trying for my 1-12-11 weigh-in. My overall goal is down 14 by Valentine's day--that would be 201 for me. Just keep pushing yourself and don't fall into the negative talk that so many of us can do.
