Well, I totally missed 2012 so lets see if I can get it right in 2013!!!###??!!
I am 59 year old working lady who does a very physical job. After many
years on prednisone and immunity suppressants I am now off medication.
Dealing with pain from arthritis and the weight gain from steroids is my goal for 2013. With the help of my Spark buddies I feel I can get with it this time. Pounds gone and health back!!

My Goals:
To become healthier and loose the weight that I've gained from being on steroids. PMR all gone now so all I have to do is deal with the arthritis and shift the weight.
My Program:
Starting out by walking 3 times a week and I'll go from there. My job is very physical but I still need to go some exercise to shift this weight
Personal Information:
I live in Mission, B.C. Canada. Yeah Canucks!! Well maybe next season.
Other Information:
I'm going to try and live with lots of prayer and with God's promise that he won't send me more than I can handle.
