A Weight Loss Odyssey
Back again - so last time around I didn't reach my goal weight, close but no cigar! I am still proud that I managed to lose close to 30lbs though! Unfortunately, years later I let all my hard work go to waste and gained it all back...and some. I'm ready to start again and this time I'm in it to win it. Sparkpeople says it should take about 6.5 months.... Let's see!

My Goals:
Since it's important to recognize small achievements in a long journey, I've decided that for every lb I lose, I'll reward myself with a new MP3. This will motivate me, and also build my workout playlist ;) Goals _________ 170 - Rose or Red Tea supplies 160 - Pedicure 150 - iPod Nano 140 - Girls night out, somewhere overnight 130 - Try acupuncture 125 - New clothes shopping 120 - Amber bracelet _________ Secret goal... 117! Is it possible? I have no idea, but heck why not try right? If I don't like how I look at 117 but if I don't like it I can eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's and correct the situation!
My Program:
Treadmill 3x a week Strength training 2x a week Possibly add soccer after a few months or kayaking once it warms up.
