Working on the Chemistry of a Lifestyle Change

Hi there! I'm Megan and I'm 24. I am a graduate student and I am working on my PhD in biochemistry. The problem is that that is the only thing I'm working on and not by complete choice. This semester I have decided to cut back on the class load and try to have a balanced life. I live with my boyfriend and we have a wonderful life together. My Goals:
Currently my goals are to eat right, work out, and tone up. I am tired of not being in shape. I also am working on being more positive and taking time to enjoy all of the little things that I miss out on because of stress.

My Program:
On 1/1/12, I will be starting Insanity and am going to be fully committed for the full 60 days. I am also planning on eating right, not just counting the calories but also choosing the right foods so that they become habits I can maintain.
