Here I go again...

So after reaching my goal I stopped...and guess what? I've gained 5 pounds. That is not important, the problem is that I stopped working out. There were lots of reasons or excuses, but now I have to get back into my routine.

My Goals:
Get back ty my pre-pregnacy weight.

My Program:
I am going to the gym 3 to 5 times a week. I try to do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. The other days I run 1 mile and do strength exercise.

I am waging war against cake, ice cream and pies. I'm also cutting back on Puertorrican food. I am drinking lots water and try to eat more fruits and vegetables.

Personal Information:
I am from Minnesota. I love the change in seasons.

Other Information:
My main hobby is anime. I have about 300 anime DVDs. Card Captor Sakura is my favorite show. I like to travel and learn languages.
