Mind Over Ice Cream!
Hi! I'm a mom, a wife, a coach, event planner, taxi service, friend, cook, handyman, soldier- retired now, gardener, counselor, medic. I wear many hats. Whatever the day calls for.

My Program:
I'm going to water aerobic classes that is helping with my back injury and keeping me focused. The food tracker and journaling has been a HUGE help and of course the guys and gals of "The Goonies"
Personal Information:
Recently retired from the military...not because I wanted to but because of injuries. I'm working on healing both physically and emotionally. This has been a great source for both.
