I lost 40 lbs from 218 to 178 and one of the major contributing factors was sparkpeople.com. (Since: bulked up to 183 intentionally, then gained to 188 after knee surgery, but working on cutting again. I don't quite look like that pic any more =/)

One thing I've found is that just tracking my food on this website keeps me more honest than anything else I try to stay motivated. So I'm back here hoping to finish what I started, and absolutely not slip back to how I used to be. ...
