My love affair with Food. Happy: Eat, Sad: Eat, Bored: Eat. I look at all the women in my family and we're all build the same, no hips, small ass, skinny legs, small breasts and LARGE mid sections. I feel as if I have no way of escaping this body. Diabetes runs in the family as well and my gluclose levels are very high. I exercise quit often and I try to eat right but then I get depressed and all the junk food tends ti comfort me.

I am a former full figured fetish model/burlesque performer, I now work with animals and feel a lot more fullfilled in that field. But being a plus size model didn't help my self esteem any, there was always someone thinner that they could replace you with.
I want to be healthy, I don't want to be thin. I don't want my clothes to be any smaller than a size 12. I'm 6ft tall and wear between an 18/20. I'm not comfortable in my own skin, I don't like shopping anymore, I'm just not happy that's what I'm looking for happiness and comfort in my own skin.

My Goals:
To be be comfortable in my own skin, first and for most.

I also would like to become a trainer and later on a 6-8 PE teacher. My goal is to work with young girls with or with developing self esteem issues. but before i can do that I need to be the best that i can be for myself.

My Program:
I have become a fulltime gym rat lol. I go 5 to 6 days a week.

3 days a week I do the standard 40 mins of cardio and then i work on arms, back and chest.

2 days a week I do the standard 40 mins of cardio then i work on legs and gluts.

I bike or walk back and forth to work. and keep wrist weights on while im working for that extra bit of tone ;)

I'm a vegetarian and recently went low carb!

Hey just want to say hi and i feel the same way you do. I don't feel comfortable in my skin either somedays im in a bad mood and i know its cuz im just not happy with myself. Which isn't fair to my fiance cuz i know he thinks im mad at him or something else. I'm not looking to be super skinny just healthy and be able to walk in a store and actually find something to wear. I'm tired of my back hurting the muffin top around my jeans and not being as happy as i could be. Feel free to visit my page and leave me a message whenever you want.
