My Goals:
Eat raw 50% of the day.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Work out for at least 30 minutes every day.


My Program:
So far I'm totally raw for breakfast. For lunch I'm raw about 2 out of 7 days. I want to find more easy to make good meals for lunch so I can eat totally raw till dinner.

I bellydance for 30 min. to an hour 4 or 5 times a week. I'm working on making yoga a priority and habit every day.
