Hi. You are looking amazing!!! Sorry I am such a fall off the wagon-er... : ( I am trying again. Its a slow come back, but I have to do it. I dont even want to go into how bad I am literally killing myself with extra weight.
I am super proud of you!!!! way to stick with it and be your awesome self!!!! You are so worth it!!!!
Well, the place I ate out was NOT a very good one. I just got a small drink and the absolute tiniest item on their menu. No sides, no sauces, no toppings, nothing. It wasn't exactly a trial to keep the calories low.
Eating away from home is tough. Usually when I go anywhere I end up bringing a ton of food with me (a habit I picked up as a picky eater kid-just assume no one will have food you like where you're going) But even eating out doesn't have to be too bad. I just go for basic food items and eat only a normal size portion, no matter what size the item they actually serve is.
I saw Bridesmaids, which was hysterically funny and enjoyable. It surprised me because I thought it would be dumb humor and just over the top raunchy jokes, like the Hangover or something. But it wasn't. It was just the right amount of girl talk funny. Plus, all the women were so realistic- I couldn't stop smiling every time one of the actresses appeared onscreen looking like she had no makeup. They worked out and looked gross afterwards. No beautifully air-brushed people to make everyone feel bad. My friend and I were laughing forever afterwards.
You'll manage just fine being out of town, I just know it. Trust. (I'm so glad we are both back on here again)
