My second (and last) baby is now 11 weeks old smiling and more playful by the day. I don't feel all that good about myself atm but all that is about to change. I've always managed to fit exercise in my life but I need to increase the amount that I can fit in gradually. Next spring the jogging stroller comes out and there'll be no stopping me but until then things require a little more effort. My diet is a bigger problem, I'm unsure how many calories I need to lose weight while breastfeeding, so that needs some research. I'm also unsure about my feelings about tracking in the longer term so I will be finding out what works for me. So the next few months is about finding my feet as a foot and Healthy mum of two, wish me luck :-D

Fitness Minutes: 37,605

My Goals:
Go from 171 to 140lbs by November 17th and keep it off over Christmas and beyond.

New Goal - Go from 140lbs to 119lbs by November 26th and keep it off over Christmas and beyond.

Final Goal - Eat maintenance calories and exercise the last last 10lbs off slowly (31st December)

Each time I achieve a goal I will find a way to treat myself, maybe a facial or some new clothes.

My Program:
Eat less, move more.

Lots of exercise,

Stationary bike 4 x per week

30min run 2 x per week
1hr+ run 1 x per week

Martial Arts Training 2 x week (3 classes)

I live in South Wales in the UK. I love to be outdoors and I really enjoy setting myself a challenge.

    I wish they showed us km markers! Last year at this race, they had a sign at 1 mile and 2 miles, but that was it. And I'm pretty sure the 2 mile mark was in the wrong place, because it said my second mile was insanely fast and my third mile insanely slow. I'll have my GPS monitor on, though, so hopefully I'll be able to keep some eye on the distance. I think I'll take your advice except I'll have to split into rough thirds...
