Thank you! I have been more or less MIA for months.. just getting on long enough to log and that's it. ITs been crazy so much going on. But I m hoping its all about to get back to normal so I can get back to being on full time and getting back to losing the weight and not bouncing back and forth.. losing and gaining the same 10 lbs for a few months now.

I think the big thing is that when I was younger, I was training 2-3 hours a day in and out of the pool. I never HAD to worry about what I was eating, because I was burning so many calories every day. I probably ate 3000-3500 calories a day, but I never counted. I know I ate 6-7 times a day. I do think that the several times I've been on weight watchers, I've messed up my metabolism a bit, but I seem to have recovered enough! It seems to be exactly where it should be, burning about 1650 for my daily BMR if I'm 100% sedentary (not getting out of bed for any reason). 1319 days ago
