Daily Choices...
I need to update this... After meeting my first goal on SP, I wrote: 1) I have had more energy and been less achey. 2) I have had an easier time buying clothes. It's a fun reward! 3) It's great to feel more physically fit, to not breathe hard on the stairs, and to be able to see the muscles in my arms and stomach! WOOOOHOOOOO!

* 8+ glasses H20 / day * 30 minutes moderate activity 5 days a week * No caffeine, chocolate, or alcohol * Lots of veggies, whole unprocessed grains, and fruit * Protein at every meal and snack
Other Information:
Eating well and moving around feels GOOD!
