Thanks for your comment on my blog. I don't get hungry eating paleo and mixing it with intermittent fasting works well for me.

To answer your question about the type of interval training I do,
minute drills and tabata drills done with just my body weight or on a stairmaster, gazelle or just plain old running.

Thanks for your comment on my blog and for the friend add. Iíve just added you back.

Your 12 min/mile speed-walk pace is considered a fitness walker according to the US Track & Field website while the American record is 19:09 for a 5K. I looked that stuff up awhile back when shocked by the times recorded on a SP virtual 5K challenge. Either our walkers clicked the wrong category, incorrectly judged their distance or were challenging the best in the world. LOL
