I am 50 years old I have 2 kids my son is married and my daughter is a Jr in high school.We have 3 cats and 1 dog. I have not been in sparks very long I am overweight and tring to eat better and lose weight. I need to get on a scale and see how much I weigh. Iknow I know I need to lose at least 30lb.
