Zen Harmony

So, I've decided to get serious about the business of losing - reset my SparkPeople account and now have a diet plan that I am going to stick with. My biggest problem is thinking that I don't have the time to work out during the work week, having to enter all of my food and not planning ahead.

My solution? Changing the menus provided for MySparkDiet, but still keeping the suggested calories and proportions, entering my recipes into the system before making and eating them, and ...

Hi, I'm on the Zen of Sparkpeople Team too, and thought I'd stop by to say hello! I'm Danni, married with 3 children. We used to live in Our family started out in the USA, but we moved to live in Taiwan in 2006. We are a Buddhist family, and attend a small temple in the local mountains. The Team has been very quiet just lately, but I always hope it will become a friendlier place. Happy new year, Danni
