Zen Harmony

So, I've decided to get serious about the business of losing - reset my SparkPeople account and now have a diet plan that I am going to stick with. My biggest problem is thinking that I don't have the time to work out during the work week, having to enter all of my food and not planning ahead.

My solution? Changing the menus provided for MySparkDiet, but still keeping the suggested calories and proportions, entering my recipes into the system before making and eating them, and ...

Hi! Back in January sometime a few people (including you) mentioned sparkpeople to me on my blog 365exercise.blogspot.com. You had left your username, so I used you as a referral when I joined. I joined back in Jan, but didn't create a profile until yesterday. I just wanted to thank you for being one of the people that introduced me to this site! It has really helped me to be accountable to my New Years resolution, and I have discovered so much more through this site (the goals, recipes and I heart the trophy system lol).
