The Middle Weigh

I was husky as a kid, really big in my 20s (400+); somewhat athletic in my 30s and 40s (200-220). When I started to gain weight in my early 50s I turned to fad diets to lose weight. I would lose 20 pounds then gain 25. I hit 278 this past Christmas. Now carrying a diagnosis of diabetes type 2 and a heart problem, I've got to get control of my health once more.
