Hello Everyone and Welcome to my page! I have joined this site to keep track of my weight loss and to find motivation from others who are struggling with weight like I have been. I'm a 24 year old recent college graduate. I will be getting married within the next year and I want to shed some pounds and inches for my Big Day! Welcome to SparkPeople.com, I have heard many good things about that dvd!! Here are My tips to YOU: I suggest you log in everyday. Acquaint yourself with the tools because they are key in helping you get to a healthy weight. I love the articles and they have helped me more than I could ever say.

Have a blast making your page. It is your fingerprint. Change it up & make it your own. Most of us use it as a form of expression and a major source of motivation, really.

Definitely use the Nutrition tracker, there is nothing like seeing what you are eating day after day in terms of your weight and health. The Nutrition tracker will do this for you so give it a chance. Should you ever need support or have any questions, speak up we have more than our share of people who can help you.

Hey, I know the feeling about paying for a gym membership and not using it. It is one of my downfalls, as well. However, there are many ways to get your activity in besides the gym. Check out the fitness articles and videos that suggest (and demonstrate) different activities. I walk in addition to going to the gym.

It's great that you've joined SP - lots of wonderful tools, including nutrition and fitness trackers. I haven't used that particular DVD, but I bet there are people talking about it on the message boards. Try a search on SP. Good luck!
