Jackie's Weight Loss Journey!
Hi, my name is Jackie and I am currently 25 years old and at the end of September 2010 I officially reached what I had originally set as my final weight loss of goal of 140 lbs. I am so proud of myself, and actually surprised at just how easily it happened for me this time. I don't know if maybe my body and mind finally took me serious this time or what, but it worked, and I am so happy that it did! Now I'm just trying to decide whether I just want to maintain or should I keep trying to ...

I don't know if maybe my body and mind finally took me serious this time or what, but it worked, and I am so happy that it did! Now I'm just trying to decide whether I just want to maintain or should I keep trying to loose. I definitely could loose another 10 lbs and be at the low end of healthy for my height, because right now I am right in the middle. Anyways, that's me, so if you ever need some tips or ideas on things that worked well for me, just ask. :)

My Goals:
My first goal was to reach 150 lbs by my Mexico vacation at the end of August, which I met!! So I have now set myself another goal to reach 140 lbs by my daughter's 2nd birthday in the middle of October...wish me luck! I know I can do this! :)
My Program:
Currently I am trying to keep my calorie intake to around 1200 per day, and I am alternating between using my elliptical and working out to the Last Chance Workout DVD by Biggest Loser. I also enjoy walking/running around my neighborhood when it is not 100+ degrees outside!
Personal Information:
I live in Calvert County Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay and love it! We enjoy going to the beach and having fun outdoors.
