This page is dedicated to my journey beyond weightloss and fitness to the satifaction of my vainest impulses. While I am already within my healthy weight range, I want to push my physique to a higher level to where my weight is at the lower end of my healthy weight spectrum (135 lbs) and my bodyfat is closer to that of an athlete (18%).
