My Weight Loss Journey
I would like to lose some weight but this time for good, I would like to improve my health and fitness level so I can be more comfortable with myself. I noticed the most successful people right their goals out so I decided okay why not whats the worse that could happen I could lose weight!!

My Goals:
Take it a day at a time but I have to have some long term goals or I wot have any focus so here are 3 at a time! 1st Goal is to workout 6 days at least 20 mins and eat within calorie limits for at least 2 weeks. Done Jan 19-13 !! New goal: Change current dinner for a high protein low carb meal for 2 weeks. 2nd Goal lose 25 pounds by my 2nd wedding anniversary which is March 30th 2013. 3rd Goal lose 25 pounds by my husbands birthday which is July 28th 2013.
My Program:
At the gym: 3x week strength provided by trainer 3-4x week cardio 1hr -stationary bike -elliptical trainer
