My Goals:
lost 15 pound on 3 weeks

My Program:
3 healty meal at day, 1 hour exercixe,
simple 30minute cardio and 30 minutes of weghts, I did it before it works, last meal salad or cereal.
snacks low fat yogurt,or cereal bars,
drink 8 glass of water.
if you hungry late at nite. be carefull you are w you eat.

Personal Information:
I am called Zeli, I am married, I have a son of 10 of age. I use to weight 180 pounds, in 1 year and half I lost 45 pounds, and it gets to weigh 123 pounds with weights and cardio my body was escultural, but, now I am living ate the country side , moving to this place depress me, remembering good the times with friends and family now I weight 148 pounds now, and I do not want to return to be fat. Today and thought, that I am going to begin a new life what pleases me, stard to go to gym and to be the social person who was before.
