Hi, I saw your post on the boards about not getting enough calories.
On the days that I'm having a hard time meeting the calorie minimum, I eat two tablespoons of peanut butter. There's a lot of calories, but it's loaded with healthy fats and protein. I buy the Smart Balance Omega Creamy Natural peanut butter because then I'm getting the additional benefit of the Omega fats. 2779 days ago
regarding not being able to get enough. I would indulge just a bit more. I Totally get what you are saying by the way. Maybe have a scoop of regular ice cream, or a glass of chocolate milk. Have a "treat" as they will be part of your life during maintaining time.
