Let's do this...

The last time I got serious with dieting and exercise I lost about seventy pounds. Then I fell into the mindset of, "well, I've done so well, it won't hurt to have this ONE _______." Yeah, that didn't work out well.

Then after a year of trying my husband and I were given the news that we were going to have a baby. Eight months and a horrendous amount of pounds later, my son was born. That was on April 6th, 2010.

My motivation is that I don't want this trend that ...

Then after a year of trying my husband and I were given the news that we were going to have a baby. Eight months and a horrendous amount of pounds later, my son was born. That was on April 6th, 2010.

My motivation is that I don't want this trend that I've been seeing to continue. All of my son's pictures feature him with family, him alone, or him with my husband. There are only a handful of pictures of me with my baby because I am so embarrassed to be in front of the camera. I don't want my son to look back and wonder where mommy was and I don't want him growing up with my crummy habits.

My Goals:
~To be at or near 200lbs by my birthday 2/8/11

~To be under 200lbs when my husband and I take our son to Disneyland in April 2011

~To fit into my old jeans. The ones I wore when I swore I was fat.

~Be happy in front of the camera again.

~To wear a dress.

My Program:
I've decided to go with the program that worked out so well for me last time. I am restricted to 1800 calories a day (down from an ungodly amount), I force myself to drink a lot more water, and I get at least SOME form of exercise every day.
