Mom on the Run

I am getting back in shape after baby #2. I have 3 main goals:

1. Regain the strength and stamina I lost during pregnancy.

2. Run two to three 5 km races in 2013.

3. Be more conscious of the foods I eat and make healthier choices for meals and snacks.
