How have you been? I've been okay. I have finally started becoming some what active again...lol. I have only been doing cardio right now about 20 min...maybe an hour (some days). I weighted myself today for the first time in I don't know how long. Lost 4 lbs!!! I think that's pretty good considering that fact I'm not eating as healthy as I should (you know how that goes sometimes). All in all, cutting back and at least walking is working for me. Hope things are going good with you also.
