Doin' it MY way! For ME!!

UPDATE! Since I started here.....I have lost one son to a congenital heart defect...he was 16, I do not think our family will ever be the same!! I am heartbroken. I have been bouncing around the 50 pounds lost mark for several months....I need to learn coping skills...badly. I am stressed, overworked and sad. Hopefully things will improve.

Thank you for your recent comment on my blog. I read some of your recent blogs today. I agree with you about letting our inner clock guide our eating sleeping etc. We are out of synch with ourselves because of schedules imposed by the demands of our lives & that creates stress, health issues, and probably contributes to weight gain. Also Yaay to evening exercise - I and others in my family find evenings the best time to work out; maybe it's genetic? Mostly tho I am so sorry for the loss of your son.
