Hi! I'm a 29 years old girl from Montreal, Quebec.
I am now living in a small inuit community in north of Quebec.
I would like to lose weight to be healthy and feel healthier and be fit.
I like to run and do outdoor activities , like camping.

I would like to lose about 55 pounds. But the most important thing is that I want to stay active and eat well.

Im glad you are doing well with your fitness. And just keep trying your best with your food. I'm getting myself back on track getting in routine. I need structure and its been hard because I have been traveling a lot but I will be home for a few.months before I have to leave again and I will gone for a few days instead of weeks so I'm hoping it wont disrupt my routine as bad.

Salut !! Excuse moi.. je ne suis plus tres souvent sur SP.. Jai trouve autre chose qui fonctionne pour moi ! Felicitation pour ton projet de demi-marathon !!! Cest super !! Moi je naime pas vraiment courir ;) je naime pas vraiment les sports lol !

I'm doing okay nothing happened directly to me. There was a tragedy in a family the lives near us and it was very heartbreaking. Thank you for the concern. I hope your week is going well I am trying to get mine back on track.
