My Goals:
I want to be able to get dressed in the morning without being embarrased about how i look. My daughter is starting kindergarten this August and I dont want to be the "fat mom"

My Program:
I am watching my calorie intake, portion sizes, and excersizing. I have a buddy to help me meet my goals and to keep me motivated.

Personal Information:
My name is Jamie, I am happily married and have been for 6 years. I have 2 children. My little girl is 5 and my little boy is 3. We live in connersville, Indiana.

Other Information:
I love to read, walk and watch t.v. some of my closest friends include my mom, cousin, and aunt. We love to hang out and have girls nights along with my daughter.

Thanks for commenting on my note about "Why I deserve a treat today!".
That was very sweet of you. I am going to take your advice and buy one new item a month. Nothing too exspensive but something that fits. I feel like I should take my clothes to a tailor and have them taken in rather than buy new stuff. But I figure that would most likely cost as much as buying new stuff (maybe). Thanks again for the encouragement and I am going to add you to my friends list, so add me too OK. You have been doing a great job on losing the weight. emoticon emoticon

Jamie, Jamie, Jamie!!!!
Did you quit? I certainly hope not, because that makes me so sad. I hope you are signing in every single day and working toward your goal.
I've signed in every day for the past 197 days and I've lost 31#, which has been slow, but I will get to my goal, because I won't quit.
Stay with this. If you've quit, COME BACK, because your health matters!

If you are an emotional eater, read "Shrink Yourself" by Roger Gould, M.D. This is a wonderful book that I found him talking about on, where he explains how to stop ruining your success.
