1/2/09 (Starting Date): I joined SP at 177 lbs, 44 yrs old, attending college full-time, married 25 years, a mom with four children. Three of my kids are in college, too, with one high-schooler still at home. In my "spare" time I like to garden, fix up the house, and paint in acrylics or watercolor. For exercise I enjoy rollerskating, DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), and walking trails in good weather.

Short Term:

My Program:
Walking one-half hour 3 times/week. Bowl of oatmeal every day (I've been dropping my cholesterol; it's at 207 right now). Banana and milk for lunch typically. V8 when I haven't had enough veggies. Switching from coffee with cream to tea with skim.
