Getting My Life Back on Track
A few years ago I lost 3 people that were very important to me - 2 within 2 months of each other. Within a few months I also moved in with my boyfriend and had to deal with his very serious health problems. I had been a full time artist and worked part-time at 2 other jobs. With everything that happened I had to walk away from my art. I've always felt that that was the day that I lost my identity. WELL, I'VE DECIDED TO TAKE IT BACK!!! I have spent 3 years working at a dead end job ...

Within a few months I also moved in with my boyfriend and had to deal with his very serious health problems. I had been a full time artist and worked part-time at 2 other jobs. With everything that happened I had to walk away from my art. I've always felt that that was the day that I lost my identity. WELL, I'VE DECIDED TO TAKE IT BACK!!! I have spent 3 years working at a dead end job and have now decided to get back on track! My boyfriend is fully supportive of this. I am starting to paint fabrics again and decided that for 1 year I will only make art/clothing/hats/jewelry/ etc... for myself. It's time to start looking better and feeling like a fully functional human being again. I've been at by current weight for almost 10 years, although through changes in my eating habits, I've lost 5 inches off of my hips (just found that out today -- miracles do happen). My goal is to lose 50 pounds by the end of the summer and to make some new clothes to fit my new attitude. I enjoy yoga and pilates and have 2 old dogs that love to walk. Looking for someone to walk with and/or possibly exercize with (I'm great on the diet part but horrible about exercize...)...

My Goals:
I want to lose weight to feel healthier and look better. I want to be able to run up the stairs without feeling winded. I want to put on new clothes without being so self concious about lumps and bumps.
My Program:
Eating more balanced meals with more fresh fruits and vegetables. Taking the stairs instead of the escalator at work. Doing yoga at least 3x a week. Taking my dogs for more walks.
