I do not see your goodie bar... it allows me to share little goodies with the bounty of otherwise useless points I gather each month..
it is fun to collect the different items.
But if I could I'd give you the flip flops so you could start walking while staying cool.

The thing I like best about sparkpeople is you do not have to settle for one spark friend.
We join teams and end up with people who are supportive who live close and I had some spark friends who live in New Zeland and Africa...HERE ARE SOME LINKS THAT MIGHT HELP GET YOU EXPLORING THE SITE.

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

I love HOOSIERS.
Have you asked yourself "How can I get the healthy body I want?" Or have you asked yourself "How can I make exercise fun, so I will love doing it?" These are things you can learn being a SPARKER and working on your goals.

If you are an emotional eater, you would enjoy reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. I've gotten so much out of reading the book as he says when we get stressed we ruin the diet by eating to deal with the stress.
He has three interviews at www.youtube.com if you want to know more about him. ROGER GOULD is Head of Psychology at UCLA Medical Center.
