I love me they way I am, but I know that I can be better

I know that I can lose weight - I did a few years back just through exercise and no diet modifications. This time, I want to eat better and exercise and try and shed some of this extra weight - I want to be a healthier me.

Saw your status update - I love how the food tracker can really open our eyes! I was absolutely shocked at the calorie counts of some of the foods I used to eat regularly. I mean, of course I knew that hamburgers and french fries were bad but even something as healthy as a salad can be chalk full of calories once it has been topped with cheese, dressing, and protein. I applaud your efforts - I've been on here 3 times now and every time I fall off the wagon it's because I stop tracking my food. I think I will always have to log what I eat, either here or in a food journal but tracking calories keeps me accountable. Good luck to you!
