Serious Chocoholic!

Hi, My name is Yvonne and I've only just recently joined SparkPeople. I think it's a great site. If this doesn't help me loose weight, right from the comfort of my own home, nothing will! I've been on Weight Watchers, Good Habits, worked with personal trainers etc. but nothing helps and I know it's because I lack the most important ingredient - the WILL to loose weight. My Goals:
- Ideal weight: 60 Kgs
- Current weight as at 1st May 2008: 83 kgs
- Total amount to loose: 23 kgs

GOALS:
- Weigh 77kgs by 1 August 2008 when I start my new job - goal: to loose 2 kgs per month starting 1st May 2008

- Weigh 70kgs by October 2008

My Program:
- Exercise for at least 1 hour, 4 days a week.
- Use my nutrition tracker to track everything I eat
- Cut down on sweets
- Not eat in front of the TV
- Last meal not later than 8pm

You have definitely found a great network of people and information to help you achieve success.

Make sure you take the time to get to know this site. There is wonderful information for you to use.
