Congrats on being down a pound...Just do what works best for you :) Everyone is different so what might work for me might not for you and vice versa, there is no wrong way to do this, there are unhealthy ways but experiment find your vibe. See what it takes to get you through your day healthy and nourished.
I don't care what anyone tells you, no one knows YOU better than you..sure the Dr and me and everyone else can give you advice, but its just that advice, from the Dr it might be medical advice *chuckles* it doesn't make it gospel.
Doesn't matter if ya don't know what your doing we all gotta learn somehow. I say blaze your own path and find your own way :) Never hurts to ask directions but still in the end your in charge, as always the choice is yous
