Reaching My Goal in 2011

I'm a mom of 3 kids, originally from NJ now living in FL. I've managed to lose 25 lbs this past year, but still need to lost another 30 lbs to reach my goal weight. I'm looking forward to trying SparkPage and having continued success with weightloss!

Welcome to Low Carb For Dummies!! We are really happy that you joined us. We are a very friendly group and have many successful and knowledgeable members. Our members are on all kinds of plans such as Atkins, South Beach, Protein Power, Low Glycemic. etc. What we share in common is a desire to eat high quality carbs and leave behind the processed sugary ones that cause medical problems and obesity.
