What I meant was to plan sweets into the diet. I have a super sweet tooth too (ack!) and found that I have to make sure I eat the stuff regularly or I'll end up pretty much binging on them. So, I schedule a decadent cupcake twice a week and other types of sweets on other days. Sounds crazy, right! But it works. And if anything, it gives me something to look forward to.
And don't beat yourself up too bad on feeling unmotivated. It happens to all of us when we go hardcore at it for awhile; it can not only taxes us physically but emotionally as well. Do you think you need a small break from workouts? You've worked so hard for two straight months, maybe a small breather will rejuvenate things?
