TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT TO KEEP MY JOB

HI. My name is yuri. I am an aspiring stage actress. I have studied Musical theater all my life. I am a vocal major at my school, Laguardia HS, also known as the "Fame" school. I know I am not obese or even fat, but as an actress and a person i see myself as chubby.
I also noticed my mom is 13 lbs lighter than me...she is 49!! and same height as me but im only 18. THIS HAS TO CHANGE.
ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE MY FRIEND PLEASE ADD ME AND LETS GET THROUGH THIS WEIGHT LOSS journey ...

Just reading your updates about insanity training. Have you considered ditching cardio and lifting heavy for a while? Hope your journey is going well and Happy Easter!

Hi Sparkbuddy!

What I meant was to plan sweets into the diet. I have a super sweet tooth too (ack!) and found that I have to make sure I eat the stuff regularly or I'll end up pretty much binging on them. So, I schedule a decadent cupcake twice a week and other types of sweets on other days. Sounds crazy, right! But it works. And if anything, it gives me something to look forward to.

And don't beat yourself up too bad on feeling unmotivated. It happens to all of us when we go hardcore at it for awhile; it can not only taxes us physically but emotionally as well. Do you think you need a small break from workouts? You've worked so hard for two straight months, maybe a small breather will rejuvenate things?

Keep blogging and Sparking, hopefully things will spark back up for you.
