Finding inspiration...1 pound at a time...

I finally got fed up with not ever reaching my goals. I was always getting frustrated and just giving up...so I stopped. It hasn't been easy...it's been a lot of ups and downs along the way, but I'm getting there. My mentality has changed...it's now one day at a time, one pound at a time, one inch at a time, one mile at a time, one dress/pant size at a time...it's about focusing on the successes of today and looking on how to keep achieving my goals tomorrow. I work hard, I play hard, I love ...

Yes I know what you mean about hating running your whole life! I was always the fat girl running without a clue as to how to breath that one time we had to run a mile in middle school....it was aweful and I always thought I was so bad at running...I would always just do aerobics thinking if I had to concentrate on what my body was doing I had a better cardio experience. Now I LOVE running..its my time to check in with myself and evaluate different decisions and life stuff...its so relaxing and energizing and I am so glad I found it!
