This is it!
I have always had a "normal" weight, sometimes skinny, othertimes, not so much. Never overweight, though. Overall, I eat realtively well, except for sweets (I have a horrible sweet tooth). I LOVE all kinds of sports, but i do them just for fun, vs. to keep in shape (like my hubby). **************************************** I put on 5 pounds during my wedding this past June ('08), and want to get that weight off, as well as get my body in optimal shape. I LOVE all kinds of sports, but i do them just for fun, vs. to keep in shape (like my hubby). **************************************** I put on 5 pounds during my wedding this past June ('08), and want to get that weight off, as well as get my body in optimal shape. I do tend to get discouraged after a while, so my goal is CONSISTENCY! I know that i can loose the weight, if i only stick to it for a long enough time, without major relapsing. I am going to focus on working out regularly, and eating clean. I want to achieve my optimal body weight and form!

My Program:
* Eat reasonably, without overeating * Stop grazing outside of planned meals * Eat clean as much as possible * Do cardio at least 3/week * Strength train at least 2/week * Only have 1 bad meal a week
