This is it!

I have always had a "normal" weight, sometimes skinny, othertimes, not so much. Never overweight, though. Overall, I eat realtively well, except for sweets (I have a horrible sweet tooth). I LOVE all kinds of sports, but i do them just for fun, vs. to keep in shape (like my hubby).

I do tend to get discouraged after a while, so my goal is CONSISTENCY! I know that i can loose the weight, if i only stick to it for a long enough time, without major relapsing. I am going to focus on working out regularly, and eating clean. I want to achieve my optimal body weight and form!

* CONSISTENCY

*Stabilize at 120 by April 31, 2009

My Program:
* Eat reasonably, without overeating
* Stop grazing outside of planned meals
* Eat clean as much as possible
* Do cardio at least 3/week
* Strength train at least 2/week
* Only have 1 bad meal a week

Your goal to only weigh in when you feel like you've lost weight is a great one; I have gotten into the wretched habit of weighing in every day, and it is NOT a good idea; I think I'll have to start trying to apply your suggestion. Thanks!

Hey Yulia! I went over my calories by just a bit both today and yesterday. So I'm kind of in the middle between doing poorly and doing well. I'm hoping tomorrow will be more solidly in the "good" category.

I hope you're right and that this week goes well for both of us! I'm feeling pretty confident too.
