I have spent the last few years yo-yo-ing with my weight. I need a plan that motivates me to stay on track and actually lose the weight, but will also help me to learn how to keep it off. FOR GOOD!
I dont have any pictures of me at my current "heavy" weight, because I hate having my picture taken.
I did well last year on Spark, but stopped and have gained back a few pounds. I am recommiting myself and hope to hit my goal weight soon.
My plan is I am trying to continue to eat a diet rich in fresh, whole foods and avoid processed foods, extra sugars, etc. I am rotating strength training with yoga and running/biking. I have never been a runner but am training to run my first 5k on Thanksgiving Day this year. My plan is to train for and eventually run the Paris Marathon for my Birthday in 2011
I am working as a makeup artist and also working on trying to get my own business off of the ground as a Personal Makeover Consultant. I want to use my 10 plus years experience in hair, skincare and makeup to help women who are uncomfortable with thier apperance, to make the most of thier best features and to look great and feel confident. Hopefully in a few years, I will be opening up my own day spa. That's the goal anyways
Favorite Books - anything by Anais Nin or Oscar Wilde. Also books on Marie Antoinette. Currently reading the Twilight Series
