Looking forward to having you share your SPARK with our SparkTeam! We had a lovely meet 'n greet at at Dorchester Park this past weekend...kayaking, walking, passing a dish and great conversation as we got to know each other and put "faces" to our names! Some brought their children as well!
We're always looking for ideas and inspirations for such get-togethers and would like to aim for another one in August, perhaps our own informal 5K!

HI, thanks for the comment ! I have lost weight 2 times before with Weight Watchers as well.. first 50 and I gained that back and then some..then 60..which I gained back and then some. then I had a baby and 2 years later am at it again. This time I'm up to 40 lost ( hopefully tonight at weigh in) It's not easy at all but I guess the thing is to keep going. this time I will try really hard to keep it off !!
