My Program:
Bring lunch to work. Low carb, low sugar, low sodium. High fiber, protein. Avoid processed foods more often than not. Eating my favorite foods by creating healthier alternatives. Experimenting with food and cooking from scratch. Rely more on waist size and measurements vs. actual weight for motivation.
