It''s Been a Long Time

Wow, it''s been a long time. 2 years? or longer? I first joined Sparks in August 2011. Lost about 30 lbs. Gained so many friends. Then I think around 2012 I fell through some hole in the ground. Life changes, blah blah blah. Fast forward to 2014 November when I awakened from my deep sleep and I''m back, sort of. What happened in the last 2 years? I had a beautiful healthy baby boy who is almost 12 months old now. And I gained a lot of weight among other things. I left Sparks at 172 lbs. I''m ...

Life changes, blah blah blah. Fast forward to 2014 November when I awakened from my deep sleep and I''m back, sort of. What happened in the last 2 years? I had a beautiful healthy baby boy who is almost 12 months old now. And I gained a lot of weight among other things. I left Sparks at 172 lbs. I''m probably around 222 now, will have to check. Thinking about returning to Sparks soon, doing Dukan diet, and getting more active. The support here was phenomenal. I miss that. Glad to see most of my friends are going strong! I''ll be back after I''m off breastfeeding in the next 4-6 months, and ready for the kickstart.

My Goals:
Main goal: steadily lose 2 lbs a week.

Size 6 in clothes in 10 months (by May 1, 2012).

Blood sugar in healthy range! - Confirmed 10/21/11





My Program:
1250-1600 Cal/day: track food daily. Stay on lower side.
Burn a min of 2000 Cal/week. If burn 3000+ Cal, increase food 100 Cal/day more.

Mon+Wed: step aerobics + toning (1 hr x 2).

Fri: hiking/walking (1.5-2 hours).

Th/Sat/Sun: YMCA or any activity.

Other Information:
